Well it's moving week and I couldn't be more excited about this move. I have been in a temporary arrangement for the last 6 months and now I am ready for something permanent. We found the most beautiful town home and it is within our budget. We get the keys Friday morning and I am paying someone to move all of my stuff for me, as this preggers mommy shouldn't be lifting boxes. We are then going to get Daddy situated on Saturday, making his move official. He will encourage us to get as much unpacking done on Saturday as possible, so we should have some kind of pictures next week of some thing set up. The surprise for him is that we have to shop for some things before we can get settled. Mommy gave the bachelor pad her old pots and pans, we have an extra bathroom that needs to be decorated, we need a kitchen table and the list is continually growing. He can't wait for the Princess' furniture to arrive. I have searched the Ikea website and plan to pick the following up this weekend:
This is the dining table I am looking at. It comes with the 4 chairs and it's just as simple as we are.
I am thinking this table will replace the folding tables I was using in my office. I think it might be time for something a little more permanent.
Some of the other things to look for in the next couple of weeks (or on the to do list):
*I will be recovering some of the throw pillows I have so they are more beach themed for the couch.
*I will be getting an additional chair for the living room for mommy and baby as the boys take up to much space and I love my space.
*We already have the new duvet cover for Mom and Dad's bed. I will put a white coat on the old dresser so everything matches.
*We have the projects from last Monday's post that will need to be done.
*Decorations for the Princess' room need to be made.
And the list goes on. Keep posted for new happening.
