Back to WW!

I went back to WW today. I gained a pound but that's what I get for not tracking or even thinking about what I was eating. The funniest thing happened while I was there. This man came in and used the restroom, if you know what I mean. I guess everything helps right! I am hoping to do a better job of posting my weight loss journey. Stay posted as I post.
