I started WW 3 weeks ago and was very successful the first 2 weeks. The weigh in today was not that great. I gained 2.2 pounds. I knew before I got on the scale that I would be gaining. I was ready for it this week. I was stressed out with work. I went to DC for a day trip and didn't eat well all day. I ate and ate and ate. I decided 2 days too late to watch what I was eating. This week I am starting on the right foot. I am writing everything down and I am going to have a weight loss. I plan to go to the gym and share my daily successes. This blog will be my outlet as well as guide me into controling my choices.
I started the day off with simply potatoes and turkey bacon. For lunch I had a Smart Ones and fat free chips. I am a junk food junkie and will have to learn portion control through the next couple of weeks, months and years.
My goals this week:
WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN
GYM TIME AT LEAST 3 DAYS
My long term goals:
RUN THE SHAMROCK 5K
LOSS 50 POUNDS
